Collect payments
With our Stripe integration, you’re able to collect payments from Guests at the time an event is scheduled. You can save time and reduce no-shows by connecting your Stripe account to Calendr and allowing clients or customers to submit payments when choosing a time to meet with you.
How to connect Stripe with Calendr:
To get started, log into Calendr and visit your Integrations page. Select the option for Stripe and connect your Stripe account. If you do not have a Stripe account, you will be prompted to create one.
Collect payments from your Event Type(s) / Calendar(s)
Once Stripe is connected to your Calendr account, you can add payments to new or existing Event Types / Calendars from your Dashboard.
Just select the Event Type / Calendar you would like to edit and scroll down to the Payments section. You can then connect your Stripe to this Event Type / Calendar.
From there, specify the amount and currency to be collected when an event is scheduled. Customize your payment terms with any information a Guest may need before confirming their payment. Add your cancellation policy or specify additional fees to come later.
This information will be relayed within the confirmation emails sent to account owners and Guests.
How to disconnect Stripe from Calendr
To disconnect Stripe from your Calendr account completely, visit your Integrations page, select the option for Stripe and click Disconnect. Any event types accepting payments at that time will become free once Stripe is disconnected.
Does Calendr process refunds?
No, refunds must be processed manually by the account owner. Calendr support will direct Guests to contact you regarding any payments they submit through your scheduling page.
