Ask questions when Guests book
To better prepare for meetings and appointments, you are able to ask your guests as many questions as you need.
This can be done within the Calendar Editor section.
You can add as many questions as you need, and also set specific types of answers, from multiple choice to open text.
This will allow you to get the right information for your meeting and appointment.
If you set questions to 'required', then guests will not be able to book a meeting or appointment with you until they answer your questions.
Once answered, they will then be able to confirm their meeting slot.
The answers to these questions will then be within your confirmation email and also attached to the calendar booking slot within your external calendar.
Same for your guest.
This ensures that everyone is one the same page and thoroughly prepared for their meeting.
