Sync Zoom with an Event Type / Calendar
Once you have integrated your Calendr account with Zoom, you will then need to add Zoom into your chosen Event Type(s) / Calendar(s).
How to add Zoom to an Event Type / Calendar:
1) Hit Edit on your chosen Event Type / Calendar
2) Scroll down to Location Settings
3) Check the Host Dependant box
4) Scroll down to Event Hosts and hit the select Set Location box under the specific host(s) of this event
5) Click the Zoom Meeting option
6) Click the Zoom Account box below and select your Zoom account
7) Hit the Add Zoom Integration button
8) Hit the Save & Exit button
You now have your Zoom account connected to a specific Event Type / Calendar. When a meeting/appointment is booked, all parties will receive Zoom details within the confirmation page and also confirmation emails and any reminder emails.
If an event is canceled, then it will also be canceled within your Zoom account.
