Setting up Default Availability
Default Availability saves time when creating multiple Event Types / Calendars.
When first setting up your Calendr account, you are given the option to create your Default Availability.
This is the general days and times that you are available for meetings and appointments.
Setting up Default Availability saves times when creating multiple Event Types / Calendars as you don't have to set your availability each and every time.
Your Default Availability can be changed any time, and can also be edited within any of your Event Types / Calendars.
1) Choose Simple or Advanced view
2) Choose a day of the week and select the time(s) you are available for bookings for that day. You can add intervals if you'd like to set time aside for lunch or any other event throughout the day
3) To save on time, you can copy this availability across any days you wish
4) Hit 'Apply' and your availability will be set for those weekdays
5) Your Default Availability has now been set
